Responsibilities:
- Handle Open Air Administration and support ongoing configurations and customizations of NetSuite OpenAir system and new business applications
- Support functions within OpenAir including technology project creation, task allocation, budget allocation and adjustment, user profile activation and deactivation, WIP adjustments, forecast correction, project closure, timesheet rejection, task creation, update work schedules, create new reports, and update OPC 3rd party cost
- Provide project management support functions such as creating Workday dashboard to leaders, supporting onboarding/offboarding process for hiring managers, and maintaining issue track within JIRA for the technology portfolio
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to leadership and PM community on the financial health status of projects
- Monitor timesheets and provide periodic reports to the organization highlighting submitted, approved, and pending timesheet information

Skills Requirements:
- Strong experience with OpenAir and Workday
- Experience in employee onboarding and financial analysis
- Experience in managing financials, budgeting, and tech projects with an understanding of flow
- Proficiency in Excel, pivot table, VLOOKUP, match function, conditional formatting, advanced charting, advance formulae, functions, VBA & macros, data tables, simulations & solver

Additional Information:
- This is a contract position with a duration of 6 to 12 +months & extendable
- Hourly rate is $45/hr.
